Luscious Raspberry Smoothie

Ok, after a recent newsletter EVERYONE emailed me and said: Break Stash and give us that freakin' gorgeous looking smoothie recipe! 

So here you go:  This is a favorite simple GO TO recipe of mine for a nourishing, detoxifying, hormone balancing, energy infusing, morning kick-start drink.

1-2 scoops protein Powder -I use Metagenics Ultraclear PH Plus Vanilla, OR Ultrameal Rice 360Plus

1 cup frozen organic rasberries

1 TBSP Almond Butter

1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed or Chia Seed

1 cup water (more or less)

ADD IN'S 1/4 Avocado, handful kale

Blend all ingredients (except protein powder) in high speed blender (like Vitamix or Magic Bullet), until smooth, THEN add in Metagenics powder for 15 seconds.
